And it continues.

FOX's Journal Editorial Report: Bailout Nation, Are Newspapers Next? - 11/14/09

Good luck, America. You'll need it.

Is there such a thing as a fair and unbiased newspaper?

To do this they'd have to reinstate the fairness doctrine. Other measurements would fall to political partisanship. If the money is handed with restrictions we could be looking at an erosion of the fourth estate.

I'm also tiring of bailing out industries that fail. Are they under any obligation to change their business strategy? The no oversight on wall street has really made me paranoid of just handing out a taxpayer bail out. In a sense would we be just delaying their demise a while longer?

Uh, I don't think it matters wether they are fair or not. If the FED bails them out, they become jurisdiction of the FED and then you can say goodbye to fair and balanced reporting all together.
