Israel keeps up Palestinian evictions 04 Nov 09

The United Nations, the United States and the European Union have all called on Israel to stop the illegal eviction of Palestinians and the demolition of their homes.

Ban Ki-moon, the UN secretary-general, urged Israel to end its "provocative actions" in East Jerusalem, while calling for it to freeze all settlement activity in the occupied West Bank.

Despite that, the sight of Palestinians in East Jerusalem being forced out of their homes has become an all too familiar scene.

Well, unfortunately if you support israel or the Palestinians, this shouldn't come as a surprise.

Israel's daddy, the US, says to stop. Yet they continue kicking out Palestinian families from houses they built in neighborhoods the israelis are illegaly taking over. If you're house doesn't get torn down, israelis take it over.

It's funny how the house is deemed illegal, and the Arabs kicked out, only to have an israeli family move right in. It's disgusting.

At the end the israeli man says god takes from who he want's and gives to who he wants, and he gave israel to them.

Even if they are right, and there is a racist god who only likes one type of people, would he make the others homeless? Is their god that cruel?

Is this the type of god you want? I guess if you're consumed by greed, it doesn't matter how you obtain another families house. How do they sleep in a house that the family who built it was just kicked out of????



It's time we let them fight for themselves, and realize how little of a country they really are!!

Sure, it's bad. . . but this happens in a lot of places in the world.

Almost all the Christians were kicked-out of Baghdad since 2003. . . but you don't see Iraqi-Christians suicide-bombing themselves over it. They go hide in caves, or run away as refugees, and cry about it, or complain to the international community. Palestinians have proved themselves to be violent in their revenge. They can prove they are peaceful by being peaceful.

Too bad neither Muslims OR Jews have the idea of "turn the other cheek", or "love even your enemy". . . nope, for Muslims & Jews it's "an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth". . . SO, I blame the Jews and Muslims equally.

Not that Christianity is perfect, but it's better than the other two.
