After the horrific events of September 11, 2001, it took the federal government 442 days to establish the federal 9/11 Commission to investigate the attacks. As Respondent has touched on (see Respondent’s memorandum at page 8), by comparison, the Warren Commission was established to investigate the assassination of President John F. Kennedy seven days after his assassination, and the first of nine investigations into Pearl Harbor (which lasted five and a half years) began two days after the attack.

The federal government’s delayed response in investigating 9/11 is explained in large part by the Bush Administration’s unwillingness to investigate the attacks. On January 25, 2002, Vice President Dick Cheney asked Senate majority leader Tom Daschle to limit an upcoming congressional inquiry into intelligence failures. President Bush repeated the request to Daschle in a private meeting with congressional leaders on January 29, 2002.

They finally made a deal with the Commission to testify on April 29, 2004, with specific conditions:
o They would testify together,
o They would testify behind closed doors,
o They would not be under oath, and

Transportation Secretary Norman Mineta’s testimony indicating that Vice
President Dick Cheney may possibly have issued a de facto “stand-down
order” while in the Presidential Emergency Operations Center (PEOC), an
order that if in fact was executed, did not prevent AA Flight 77 from hitting
the Pentagon. The commissioners did not question Mineta or Cheney (or the “young man”) about the nature of the order Cheney had given. The 9/11 Commission Report would later state that Cheney did not enter the PEOC until 9:58, twenty-on minutes after AA 77 allegedly hit the Pentagon.

When Barry Jennings and Hess arrived at the OEM, Floor 23, in WTC 7 around 9 am, they found it empty. Why? $13 million dollars was expended to create this impregnable floor, and the towers had not yet fallen! The food and coffee showed the occupants had left in a hurry. Then Jennings made a phone call and was told he must “get out of there.” Why? The only plausible answer is that the pre-demolition blasts were about to begin.

Why didn't the investigators look at actual steel samples from WTC 7?

Steel samples were removed from the site before the NIST investigation began. In the immediate aftermath of Sept. 11, debris was removed rapidly from the site to aid in recovery efforts and facilitate emergency responders’ efforts to work around the site. Once it was removed from the scene, the steel from WTC 7 could not be clearly identified. Unlike the pieces of steel from WTC 1 and WTC 2, which were painted red and contained distinguishing markings, WTC 7 steel did not contain such identifying characteristics

The severe corrosion and subsequent erosion of Sample 1 and 2 are a very unusual event. No clear explanation for the source of the sulfur has been identified. The rate of corrosion is also unknown. It is possible that this is the result of long-term heating in the ground following the collapse of the buildings. It is also possible that the phenomenon started prior to the collapse and accelerated the weakening of the steel structure. Almost as expected,The Will of the Voters Is Denied again

Yesterday afternoon, Justice Edward Lehner of the State Supreme Court rubberstamped Referee Louis Crespo’s recommendation that the decision to establish a local commission to investigate the events of September 11th not be put before the voters on November 3rd.<

Judge Lehner ruled that modifying the petition to make it “legally permissible” would result in it being “inconsistent with the law sought by the signatories of the Petition” despite the fact that all 80,000 signatories agreed by signing the Petition that “If any provision of this law is held to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall be in no manner affected thereby but shall remain in full force and effect.”

The deadline for inclusion on the ballot falls just before the election, making it possible to appeal Judge Lehner’s decision. NYC CAN is weighing all options and will make an announcement early next week on this issue, as well as on how it will be moving forward on other fronts. Regardless of the outcome in court, the quest for answers continues full throttle. This fight is only the beginning.

Investigators within the DEA, INS, and FBI have all told Fox News that to pursue or even suggest Israeli spying is considered career suicide. A highly placed investigator says there are tie-ins between the spy ring and 9/11. However, when asked for details, he flatly refuses to describe them, saying, evidence linking these Israelis to 9/11 is classified. I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. The Bush Administration came into office wanting to go to war with Iraq. This is so heavily documented that Veteran White House reporter Helen Thomas asked the President about it. He denied it of course, and used 9/11 as the justification for what he and his administration have done.

in NIST's draft report in august 2008 NIST said free fall did not happen.

NIST's Shyam Sunder explained in this draft report why free fall would be impossible. There are things in the way! free fall means there is no resistance, ... something removed it, so it couldnt have been free fall said Shyam Sunder.

But NIST had to admit free fall in their final report, because a high school teacher showed them free fall on youtube

but they didnt change the computer simulation, that is not showing free fall.

You can not even come close to free fall without explosives.

Researchers found that if the original pan-cake theory was true, the twin towers would have collapsed in minimum 96 seconds. There is a long way down to the 10 seconds that they collapsed in.
