I recently come accross this article and decided to see what correlation the peaks/troughs of Time Wave Zero would render for me and I almost fell out of my chair from what I saw.

The range of the wave is set to default (7 days). Time Wave Zero is based on the King Weng set of the I Ching Sequence of Hexagrams, it is believed that the I ching was one of the first (perhaps complete) attempts at understanding the rules of formative chance, a complex hexa grammatical methodology, Time Wave Zero is an extremely interesting and novel theory created by a particularly interesting and novel theoretician.

This is a big post and I hope that people can appreciate me for taking the time to do this, whom may want to learn more about Time Wave Zero.

Full props go to EX_misltech for his great post here

The below post of images will show the entire failed bank list from the latest (08-24-2009 all the way back to 10-13-2000, please refer to article whilst looking at each of the TWZ graphs as the pictures (dates) will match and correlate with the same chronological order on the FDIC site (trying to make your life easier!) What do you think TWZ shows?

hmm, so are there no other twz/mckenna/novelty theory people that have an opinion on the correlation between TWZ and the bank collapse dates?

Another 3 banks went bust today:

Vantus Bank Sioux City IA 27732 September 4, 2009
InBank Oak Forest IL 20203 September 4, 2009
First Bank of Kansas City MO 25231 September 4, 2009

Time Wave Zero 05-09-2009:

(feeling the irony that banks going bust is represented by a high novelty)

Sorry, but I don't get it. Time wave zero? What exactly is being measured here? It appears to be some type of countdown to Dec 2012? Is this correct? And that the speed we get there is speeding up and slowing down? If so, since we are going at a fixed date, wouldn't every acceleration be met with an eventual decelleration. Or is the date flexible?

Or, should I have googled it before commenting?

Ok. I at least read the Wiki page. He is measuring "novelty" or in other words, the interconnectiveness of the universe. Once the Universe becomes completely interconnected it reaches the state that everything that can happen will happen. So for this theory to be linked to bank failures, "novelty would have risen" and the universe would have become more interconnected and complex?

So my question is does bad stuff happening make things more interconnected or does being more interconnected make the bad things happen?

Wiki Timewave Zero Page

Timewave zero, which is part of Novelty theory, is a pseudoscientific numerological formula that purports to calculate the ebb and flow of "novelty", defined as increase in the universe's interconnectedness, or organised complexity,[32] over time. According to Terence McKenna, who conceived the idea in the early 1970s, the universe has a teleological attractor at the end of time that increases interconnectedness, eventually reaching a singularity of infinite complexity on December 21, 2012, at which point anything and everything imaginable will occur instantaneously. This idea has failed to gain any scientific credibility or recognition.
