What type of "antennae" are these?

These antennae went up recently on a building in my town.
I see they are roughly six foot.
Does anybody know what these are?
What they are for?

I'm pretty sure they're cell phone base station antennae.

They look like cell phone antennae. They could also be for a wireless internet provider. Is the building on the edge of town? We'll normally see the arrays trying to cover all of the local area...seems to me like they're not interest in the full 360 degrees.

They do appear to be covering sectors.

I thought they might be for cell phone or internet...
The building is the highest one at the edge of town so it makes perfect sense for them to be there.

I sold broadband for 7 years. Those are fixed wireless transceivers and are fairly common in downtown areas. It is an inexpensive method of delivering internet and point to point connectivity in bandwidth dense metro areas. You can google a company called "airband" to learn more about this tech.
