I don't know if I already introduced myself or not

So my apologies if I have. I don't post often enough to be able to post this anywhere but here, but today, in my efax, I received two unsolicited faxes from fax # 650-655-6633, about some guy named Bert Agrela and how his wife was raped by government agents using directed energy weapons. After some digging around, I found a series of Youtube recordings, purportedly between Bert and His attorney's, and the fax itself included a couple of urls, makeadonationtoday.com and whistleblowerbert.com. I have not been to both urls, but I have listened to parts 1 & 2 of this series of calls, and I honestly don't know what to make of it. It seems ridiculous, but is is ODDLY detailed and specific. I searched here to see if it was a hoax, but was not able to find anything. Anybody else receive any junk faxes on this?
