My U2U button is visible, no new messages. Confusing.

Hiya, that U2U! button that let's you know you have a new message won't go away despite the fact i do not have any new messages and it's getting irritating to be honest. Is it something new that it doesn't go away or is my button screwed up?

And if it is something new, please make it different for when you recieved an U2U so that i won't check the inbox 3 times a day .

Try deleting the last two or three messages that usually does it for me.

There's a message in your in-boxcausing the problem. Moe than likely, there's one sent to "harman" rather than "Harman". Delete or save it and the light will go off.

If all else fails, clean out your in box. Either save or delete the messages in your in-box and the problem will go away.
