Code that is not indented...AT ALL!

So I just spent the better part of an hour indenting code given to me for a collaborative project only to find there was a spare div tag floating around and breaking everything under the sun including the java script lightbox for viewing photos. Its such a shame this is not a beating offense as I would love to spend the next hour of my life flogging said code author for wasting an hour of my time on something which should have been done from the start.

Why isn't it a beating offense? I say go get 'em tiger.
