North Korea Restarts Nuclear Reactor

A strident North Korea has reportedly restarted a weapons-grade nuclear plant and staged a mass rally to celebrate its second nuclear test as world powers, including allies China and Russia, moved Wednesday to punish the isolated communist regime.

The North also announced that South Korea's decision to participate in an international program aimed at stemming the flow of weapons of mass destruction was equal to a "declaration of war."

How much more can Nth Korea's neighbors take? Why does north Korea seem committed to starting another war? I think the Korean Peninsula is the next flashpoint in Globalization's history. Kim will start something he's not going to be around to finish. As usual it will be the civilians that get the short end of the stick.

Well, what else aren't they doing? They have already set of nuclear bombs, sent of missiles just days apart. They might as well restart their nuclear reactor.
