The Port Authority, eager to prevent the project from stalling, is considering helping to finance at least one of Mr. Silverstein's planned three office towers, according to people familiar with the matter. Mr. Silverstein is requesting financing help on at least two of the three towers. The Port Authority would require concessions from Mr. Silverstein, including possibly giving up some of upside profits should the towers succeed in the long term.

Those who give blind faith to the official story, naively question "Who could possibly gain from such a tragedy?" For starters here's one of the most public figures to make a profit. Approximately six months before 911, Silverstein insures the towers against a terrorist/plane attack/collision. Then once the insurance company pays up, he sues the airlines seven times the value of the WTC (don't know the current status) and now this. This man's insatiable greed knows no limits.
