Firstly, I will say that the "triangular object" that was tumbling through space is probably space debris. I've said it over and over, what could anyone, humans or aliens, possibly gain by sitting in a craft that is quickly rotating or tumbling through the air? It's absolutely ridiculous to think these things are intelligently controlled.

Further, I will never come close to considering space debris and trash floating around above our planet, intelligently controlled. Most people have no clue how much space debris and trash is orbiting our planet. So to those people, they will be UFO's that are here to visit us.
