The Overthrow Of America By Bush And Friends

In 1933, group of businessmen including the heads of Chase Bank, GM, Goodyear, Standard Oil, the DuPont family and Senator Prescott Bush tried to recruit Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler to lead a military coup against President FDR and install a fascist dictatorship in the United States. Why? To join with Hitler and take over the world. But the man they wanted to lead the military? It turns out Smedley was a FDR supporter. He told Congress what Prescot and friends were up to. Everyone involved denied it, and none of them were brought up on criminal charges. Still, the Committee did at least acknowledge the existence of the conspiracy, which ended up never getting past the initial planning stages.

So... If we didn't have one honest Patriot the Bush family would have installed a Dictatorship. Hmm, when some one else with the same last name took over... He rounded people up and sent them to Gitmo. He started wars for business reasons. He called the most important document in history a Goddamn piece of paper.

Interesting idea but wheres the sources, the proof? Isnt much to say when there isnt alot of information im afraid.

Seriously? Will people ignore history dooming us to repeat it? How do we know if Bush, or this time Cheney, is not planning to follow in Prescot Bush's footsteps? This time it will have Halliburton and Exxon instead of GM and Goodyear supporting the overthrow. Will they go to Petraus or another general?
