Hospitals, airports and other public places use coded messages in public address annoucements to inform personnel or security of a possible emergency, without causing panic to the general public. If you ever hear one of the following messages over the intercom, it might be time to run like hell.

Interesting read which show what certain codes actualy mean.
linkblotter.com...

If you ever hear..

MR. SANDS
DR. FIRESTONE
CODE ADAM
CODE ZEBRA
MR. HEAD
or CODE BRAVO

..then it might be time to leave the building.

I've heard of Dr. Firestone (mother worked in a hospital) and Code Adam (brother is a security guard) but the rest are most interesting too. I'm definitely going to have to keep an ear out for the rest!

Weird! I've been kicked off of the internet three times now. As soon as I click the link above for "Top 10 Codes.....". Slightly off topic and could just be my PC, but just wanted to see if it was happening to anyone else.
