In the new america according to what I have just read, anyone that might have been or is being even in secret with or without the knowledge of the united states government being tortured you cannot sue your torturer or person that caused you harm.

And whats even better if you work for a agency that conducted torture the new administration will just throw you a pardon or a bran spanking new "executive privilage" / National Security. So if you are a american or not and you have been tortured too bad for you, not only can you not sue your torture's you are not even now allowed to present evidence on your behalf.

Scratch Back Policy

The question now becomes sense we clearly have no right to hold high level people accountable what's the next action that needs to be taken here? Public Lynich Mob? Firing Squads? Milita Movements to take over the captial?

Thats my 2 cents on this for now.

Slow and steady wins the race. The folks with money and power are backing all sides because they know things are changing, but they don't know exactly who's going to win it. The fastest way to give a competitive edge to the authoritarian/insecure folks (and they are the ones who hysterically promote police militarization, projection of military power, etc) is to become violent. It's the game they understand best, and as they grow more insecure, they will be looking for more opportunities to justify their madness. Be cool, be calm, and just assume the moral high ground. They are drawing a circle around themselves and making the case for their own diminished role in governance and society. They would really like it if the people used unlawful or violent tactics rather than peaceful redress of grievances.

“America needs CHANGE” Now who said that, sorry for the Obama bite
. Maybe things like this well let the masses know that just the face changes every four to eight years, the game is still the same no matter what. We see it every day, Big Brother giving himself more and more power. Oh well we had a good run, all republics fall.
