Communist North Korea has said it is scrapping all military and political agreements signed with the South, accusing Seoul of hostile intent.

Not good.

First little kimmy says it has made weapons of it's plutonium.
Now he breaks all agreements with the south.

Looks little Kimmy figured everyone was watching Gaza and not him, so time for him to act-out.
