Just what to ask if there is, or is not, still an ATS premium submission page?
I found the threads submitted that way but did not see the button to submit for premium consideration.

Submit Email Newsletter Article

You can access it via the "submit" button at the top of each page. The link is directly above the field for "Article Headline".

"Submit Political News | Submit General News | Submit Email Newsletter Article"
