Can anyone make the connection between the Instrument Approach Procedures (IAP) contract won (or announced) in May 2001 by the Canadian C3I company, MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates, and the extraordinary cockpit skills of the 9/11 hijackers which allowed them to evade delayed USAF/FAA interception and hit their targets with a precision beyond the ability of many experienced pilots?
