"Cloaking" device could kill cellular static

So-called "cloaking" materials have been making headlines for a few years now -- the idea being that these special materials can bend light around them so that the object coated with them becomes invisible to the eye or other detection systems. This sets a dangerous precedent. It has been scientifically proven that electromagnetic radio waves cause all kinds of problems in the human body, including but not limited to, cancer. If you remove what interference we do have to direct exposure, it would most likely result in an epidemic of problems concerning our health.
They will tell you that radio waves are harmless to your body. It is simply not true. Money and profit speak alot louder than reason and morals.

How about if you take the flip side of this? Why couldn't you use these same materials, but in the opposite way: make clothing and hats out of the material that would bend most of the signal around you, so that the signal never penetrates your body. Now that's technology/clothing I'd pay big money for!
