Profile info all gone...

I was updating my profile info, when i clicked Submit, the page cycled like normal, then everything was gone from my profile. It does the same thing when i re-try updating each time. Signature block, mood, location all go blank, and time zone reverts to +6 GMT each time.

Any ideas?

Do you have any anti-virus or spyware software installed? Which internet browser are you using? Could be many things!

Just off the top of my head I would say it sounds like your system is blocking a cookie from ATS. I'm just guessing though.

Comodo is an ok but annoying firewall but the rest of it is junk.
SpyBot is still an oldy but a goodie.
You should get a better Anti Virus like AVG free.
Kaspersky, Nod32, Avast are good but you have to pay for them if you don't know how to get them for free.
Comodo AV/AS is crap.
This could be something to do with IE7 settings, or Java.
Or you are putting something bad in the profile info and it isn't allowing it.
Your profile info isn't gone, it just hasn't been submitted yet because it times out when you submit it.

I couldnt tell you why its doing that, but I will bet the mods and staff will know. When something is happening and you dont know how to fix it, or if you just need help in general, then click on member center and then suggestions/complaints and write a note to the mods and let them know what is going on. They will be able to help you.

If you dont get a u2u from them within a day or so then write again. Sometimes those guys get busy. Every single mod and staff gets to see it, so I suspect your problem will be straightened out in no time.
