meditation and qi energy

ok i am very interested in qi gong and i have heard many tales of people being able to produce qi "energy balls" through meditation can some one who honestly has expierience with this thing tell me how its done and other then being visual what can be done with the energy ball. Also does anyone know ifthe government has any public documentation on this type of thing

It is possible. I'm not going to tell you how, just because there's sites all over the internet and a simple search will suffice. I'm a very lazy person I suppose.
As for what can be done with the energy ball? Not to sure there. The most I've been able to do is get other people to feel the heat in between my hands (since heat is a biproduct of energy). It takes practice. I started doing Qi Gong 8 years ago.
I'm pretty sure the government doesn't have documents about these energy balls, as they are rather quite pointless.
