Advanced oil-free compressor

I can't find a lot of info about this..so i wonder why it is not anywhere to be found.

So what do you guys think about this?

Invented in the eighties in Germany by physicist Wolfhart Willimczik this revolutionary machine was banned.
The water jacking system made it to the most powerful oil-free compressor so far, but sabotaged by the SSD/STASI/KGB and BLKA (the secret police from Bavaria)it is total unknown. This video is the only document that such a compressor existed.
You will never see a picture or hear a single word about it in the media.

Sorry, I'm not seeing anything new there, maybe I missed it but it looks like a rotary motor.

One thing that will make this a no-go is the noise factor.

My friend bought an oil-less compressor from Sears and it will drive you out of the shop when it runs.

An oil lubricated compressor is far, far quieter.
