When your computers gets a virus you should be yet able to sue the company of the browser you use and prosecute anyone responsible for putting out the virus aswell as prosecute anybody for passing you the virus (their link, their site, their e-mail).

It should be yet easy to prove where the virus originated since the government computers can have their infectors traced.

How many of you had a computer infected before? Why didn't you sue the browser company? Why couldnt you have the infector traced for prosecuting through the law?

Why should we have to buy virus protection? Hell, why the hell isn't their an emergency restore located on the outside of the computer? Why are yet we olny allowed one recovery through some discs that we shouldn't even have had to create since the computer company should have included it as some you can always use?

If your government doesnt care to track an infector down for you, then it's time for a better government seeing how this is the internet age. Or is your government actually a superwimp rather than a superpower how it turns out? If your gov supposed to be yet sure to win WW3, then it looks pretty bad when they, for some reason, arent much help for crimes committed against your property (computer and stuff on your computer). Matter of fact, why is your goverment caring about what specific kind of porn is on your computer; and would trace where you got it and trace who all you sent it to, but wont do all that when it comes to a computer virus infection? Ask yourself why ppl are yet veered so away from going after infectors through, say, the proper authorities?

You know, if there came a detective agengcy that deals with simple tracing and traking for computer program infection crimes, since the other authorities who have the tracing technology we are yet veered from,... Well, you can figure it out. Yeah, you would think with the click of a button a simple trace can be yet made by the authorities for you so you can recover damages through restutution made by the responsible.

Once you turn on your computer you are leaving the Real World at warp speed. You enter a world that is very different than your normal real life world.

Yes, there are cyberworld theories, rules and regulations. One and one equals two and black is black and white is white. WRONG. Put aside any thought of normal progression.

Buying and operating a computer is not like buying a new automobile. You get your auto and begin driving. During the time you have it you will do routine maintenance and deal with the recall that might come along and get it repaired and drive some more. There are not thousands of people trying to stop your auto from performing.

Buy a computer. take it home, plug it in and your system is already outdated and prone to pop ups and all manner of evil hackers may decide to throw at you. Yes, a good security system is very effective but it must be updated regularly to continue to be effective.

It is very difficult for system designers to make a product to completely protect you from all harm. There are people that develop viruses for fun and giggles. There are also others that do it for personal gain.

It is impossible and unreasonable to be able to hold an operating or security system developer at fault if you get a virus that was created after you bought your system. They can only go so far in protecting your computer from all attacks.

I have over 20 years worth of dead computers in my garage. They've been gutted and their good parts have been used to make other computers. I do need to dispose of the gnarly mess but each one has it's own story and it's hard to part with them.

There really is a computer war 'out there' and we are all targets. Man your battle station, watch your back, keep up with the latest updates and you should have no problem if you also use your brain and don't do anything stupid.
