It is lens flare. I have a degree in photography; I have seen lens flare before and while it also looks like a dust mote, the color and position of the 'orb' and the fact that the light bulb is in the image point to lens flare.

i suggest that you and your children take time to meditate... starting with listening to your heart and focusing the breath (breathing in good... exhaling bad), and listen to what is in your mind... you may be more surprised than you think.

I get these all the time. Go outside at night, point your camera into the sky and take a few pics. You will get all kinds of these orb things. Think they are dust particles right infront of the lens.
