Apparently "most important UFO video ever taken"

Now I just came across this, and apparently its DEFINITLY NOT CGI, having been examined frame by frame.
Personally I think it looks pretty impressive, however I do think also that it is probably one of our craft.
Also we cant discount some sort of HOAX, any thoughts?
