Foxnews is reporting that Condi Rice will now testify in public for the 9/11 commission.
From Drudge:
"Decision is conditioned on assurances in writing from the commission that such a step does not set a precedent. The administration already had such
assurances verbally in private... MORE"

Additional info: Bush and Cheney have also offered to testify before committee. It is unknown at this time if that will be in public and under oath
or not.
