A pedophile bailed by a controversial judge while awaiting trial on child sex charges went on to rape a ten-year-old boy days after gaining his freedom.

Yesterday, there was an outcry as it emerged David Cullen had been given the opportunity to assault the youngster as court 'time limits' relating to his custody had expired.

Expired court time allows a well known pedophile with a long criminal past to strike again.Expired.Court.Time.

And the fact that the judge in charge has said these type of things in the past;

Shows you that there is something seriously wrong with the law in this country and that the old boys network is still alive and well.

The problem isn't the law, it's that judge. He's blaming the victims because of the way they dressed! The judge ought to be disbarred and then jailed for gross negligence of his duties.

True,about the judge.

But its not just this case.Too many times i read in the paper that a pedophile has got just 3yrs or 5yrs for abusing a child.You can actually spend more time in prison for not paying your tv license than you can for distributing child pornography or downloading child pornography.

The judge should be looked into and closely, he's been too easy on pedophiles. I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't lean that way him self (just an observation). Why else would he blame the victim an be easy on the dirtbag. If I sound harsh, sorry, it comes with the job.

You want to hear something real funny? In most NY prisons we have housing units set aside of these s#$%&bags. At my prison we've had to send afew of these freaks to a sleep clinic because the poor little child molesters could sleep. All paid with tax dollars. Aint that freaking great! These aholes destroy kids lives but because these things get a few bad dreams my taxes go for this worthless sack of (blank) so he can sleep better. Sorry for the rant, couldn't keep it in.

I will be shot down for this suggestion, and here goes.
The judge is, as the determinant in this mans "Punsihment" that is alleged designed to deter further crime, primairly responsible for the abuse of the ten year old.

The rules that I agreed to when I joined this great forum deny me the right to describe in full what I want done to this man. Simply put, hand him over to me, I promise that the next several MONTHS of his miserable life will be in the worst agony EVER IN RECORDED HUMAN HISTORY. People like this eserve what happens to them. I wish that I was allowed to do the sick twisted little things that are in my head to people like this. They deserve nothing less than pain and misery for years on end.

Anyone, Liberal or Conservative that has a problem with what I have just said is not human and does not deserve to have chidren or to make any statements saying that these sick douche bags deserve treatment or life at all.

Fire the judge, and charge him with being liable for the victim's rape.

Mandatory execution for rapists and pedophiles please!

the pedo is responsible for what he has done, but the judge is responsible for LETTING the pedo do this stuff, the judge is more at fault, give me the judge

ok, would you rather have a person who has a mental problem, that makes him like children(he has problems, i understand that, doesn't mean i condone it) or a clear minded person who likes to watch children get raped

In fact, i think it for every judge who shows great restraint in sentencing pedophiles.
