Did anybody notice very strange dead air and other random "test" broadcasting at 7pm on ABC on October 18?

I am in the Kansas City, MO area watching on ABC-HD.

It's been doing on-and-off for the last ten minutes now.

I'm still not sure if they're having broadcasting difficulties, or is somebody actually somehow hacking into the system?

It might be local MOF. Here in Cal everything is ok with the station. I'll let you know if it changes.

I have noticed that on wsaz channel 3 in my area for the past few months. It happens for a few minutes, I change channel and all the other local channels are fine. There is no announcement or apology for disruption, when it comes back on they go on like nothing happened.

out here in stockton calif. i've noticed MSNBC doing the same thing...going to just a dark grey screen and earlier today it happened on ABC.... and i have comcast...combine that with CERN being shut down and the HUBBLE telescope shut down...coincidence???
