Man plays the Banjo whilst having brain surgery!

A musician who underwent brain surgery to treat a hand tremor played his banjo throughout to test the success of the procedure.

Eddie Adcock is one of the pillars of Bluegrass Music and realised his tremor could threaten his ability to perform professionally.

Wow, that is awesome. I've seen that surgery performed before. Some of the advancements in medicine are staggering. I have essential tremor syndrome, ETS for short, also called familiar tremor syndrome. However, I'm young enough that it hasn't affected my quality of life yet. I have limited dexterity in my fingers, so I can't play string instruments or piano. I can hold a couple of stick and hit the drums though. For the subject in the article, music is his life, and he has gotten that life back. Cool.
