Roger Cloutier said, referring to crowd and traffic control equipment and nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them.

I had to post links to this in two forums cause I can't believe this is happening. Active duty Miliatary being station for 'non lethal' training. So they get practice with the Heat-Rays? This is not the America I grew up to believe in.
