Jellyfish or HAARP? You decide. [EDIT] neither

www.coasttocoastam.com...

I am leery of using Coast to Coast AM as a "source," but these images in the link are striking. They show a luminescent effect on the tidal waves preceding the hurricane front. I immediately thought that some would link this to HAARP.

Could this be plankton electroluminescence? Jellyfish? or indeed, some other unknown effect, perhaps even HAARP?

The waves are capturing the flashes light and illuminating it back.

Suggesting it glowed is only based on what they wrote.. the photos do not in my view show this.

It seems to be an algae bloom, preceding the hurricane, the effect on the video matches up with the C2C photos. Cool stuff.
