How did paper money become a part of the United States?

Well, I don't have enough time to find some sources, but there are some great Pro and Con websites out there.

My best ideas:

1. Search for anything with 'paper money' 'federal reserve' 'conspiracy money' and any other things like that on the ATS search functions, I remember a few months ago that there were some really good threads with good links about the federal reserve take over in 1913,
