Blog- I believe you have to request one from SkepticOverlord via u2u, or another mod

Points- click on member center, then to the left, there will be a link ATS Store, that is where you can spend those well fought for points

Actually I think its ZionMainframe in charge of blogs icould be wrong though

Zion Mainframe is the person you need to contact regarding blogs. At this time however, we are not taking any more new blog requests due to server upgrades.

Accumulated points can be spent to personalise your ATS presence and experience in the MemberCenter - www.abovetopsecret.com... .
