Watch that video, isn't it interesting how no one is asking WHY they were asked or forced to leave their homes?

What did they want to do in New Orleans when the area was empty?

They were there as part of the "reconstruction" program in other words they were there to see if john q. public wolud freak over having troops on the ground in the US.
