DEVELOPING STORY — A glitch in the system that processes airline flight plans is causing delays all along the East Coast, the FAA confirmed to FOX News.
The Federal Aviation Administration\'s website shows all flights bound for the East Coast being grounded at their destination airports.
An FAA spokesman could not confirm the scope of the problem or how long they expect it to last.
