I feel emotional to see others suffer

Hi, i thought i would see if anyone else has ever felt like i am doing.

I have never felt it before, until that is i falled in love and moved to a peacful place.

Now when i look around me i see such things as Africans smiling while their starving on tv or on utube videos, i see images of people been blown up, people been killed, kids been killed, parents dying on their young.

Old men or women who are sat down in a cafe drinking a cup of tea, eating some lunch on their own without their spouse with them.
Any hurt i see in people really breaks me up... i jsut feel so emotional towards people in pain and i want to give them love but i cant can i, i just feel so bad for them.

It can be a fairly common response. Any human seeing another human 'can' feel prone to feeling somehting negative such as sorrow, empathy, or in some cases even guilt.

I'm with you but the best advice I can give is do what you can when you can and you'll be just fine.
