Iv'e heard of the Terra papers... but what I just came across is very very interesting and even after reading i'm still very puzzled can any one elaborate and try to explain it to me in a more simpler fashion? its called Operation: TERRA

Operation Terra is the special task force whose purpose is to create the energetic pathway and the physical bridge between this planet and the soon-to-be-born planet of Terra.
