future war and civil unrest

David Icke talks about civil unrest in this video

the clip is quite long and in it at approx 2:05hrs he tells a story
that was relayed to him about a future war that will create civil unrest and the government getting ready for this.

This video is dated July the 6th 2008 and what with the current Georgia-Russia, Is this that future war?
