Well if you want to listen to Credo Mutwa about his exp. With out of this world type sex thats a good listen.
And I have heard of the aliens who have super hot androids who are pretty much sperm extractors for males. Now I havent heard to much about the female part.

my guess is that ET's dont really resort to physical contact, my guess is that they share in a telepathic exchange of sexual euphoria assuming they dont have reproductive organs

based on the physical discriptions from other abductees it seems that a grey may have a smaller mouth which would prevent them from engaging in sexual behavior common to us.

lastly it seems that they would be more enclined to sex with us then we to them, since they have seen many more species in the universe.
