Doctor's Advice to Britons: Have less children

British couples should consider having no more than two children to help reduce the environmental impact of the rising global population, doctors have said.

An editorial in the British Medical Journal today calls on GPs to encourage the view that bigger families are as environmentally dubious as owning a patio heater or driving a gas-guzzler.

Alright, I've had enough:
Now, before you post, consider these two statements that have been streaming forth from the Media Cartel in "the West" for the last few decades:
1. Westerners (almost always Canadians/Americans/Australians/New Zealanders/Europeans) are consuming resources past our capacity to renew! If our population expands any further, we're looking at extreme environmental catastrophe! The West needs to look at ways to reach population stasis, or even better reduce the population in the West!, and
2 The West needs more immigrants to maintain current economic growth and populations! Native Westerners are reproducing at sub-replacement levels! The West is greying, and soon there won't be enough young workers to sustain the population!

Cases in point:
Record immigration sees UK population soar.
Immigration surge tips British population over 60m.
Half a million migrants pour into Britain in a year.
UK "will swell to 75m" as migrants raise births.
One in five babies born to foreign mother in UK.

Yes:
On the one hand, we're being told to "reduce the number of births to save the Earth", yet open a newspaper or turn on the telly and you're bombarded with "we need more immigrants (with birthrates greater than the native population) - to keep the population level and for continued economic growth".

Mark my words, next week we'll hear that "without increased migration the population of the West will decline catastrophically".
