These people seem to have a reputable reputation online as far as net activists are concerned.

I know a guy who works for a telecom company, I showed him the video
He asked some people about it and high up managers would refuse to give an answer

Chilling.
The thing about it is I cant imagine isp's not offering 'all internet packages', and of course that would me the price regulation would come from a competetive market. that would suck however if they made it $100usd or more/month.

Internet 1.0 would become pirate and therefore not subject to regualtion however, which would be incredible. No computer (and the information it holds) would be safe.

I remember seeing this video a little while back, very scary if this ends up happening. I sure as hell don't want to have to pay to go to smaller sites...this would infuriate me!

If it happens I vote everyone stops using the internet so they all go broke
