It appears that someone has registered a user name very much like mine in order to post gay porn on my friends' and debating partners' profiles. My
u2u box was full this morning, mostly with people asking me whether I'd lost my mind.
Thanks to Crakeur for his u2u alerting me to what had happened.
To all who have been bothered by this vile-brained churl (or churls), my apologies. I don't see why he or she (or they) couldn't have taken me on
face to face, instead of going behind my back and doing this disgusting thing.
Moderators, please move this at once if you feel it should be moved; but I'd appreciate it greatly if you'd let it stay here for 48 hours or so.

Hopefully the mods get to the bottom of this, as it is a very underhanded thing to do to somebody, as well as everyone who was affected by this.
Regardless of what anybody thinks of Asty here, this is unacceptable behavior. Very cowardly and totally without honor.

I heard from another member this afternoon who had the exact same problem.
He U2Ued me about it.
I believe it has something to do with defending homosexual right on my thread "Evolutionary dynamics of male homosexuality."
Apparently some homophobic zealot is trying to make a point. What that point is, is beyond me.

Yes, we had a problem with someone spoofing Astyanax and posting inappropriate content in profiles. I'm unsure as to how anyone saw a member with
points as we caught them rather quickly and they never posted in any threads but that's neither here nor there.
Please note, this was not Astyanax so don't blame him.
