Seems that they arent getting anough dirt into the area to be used...

They are saying that the soil is too 'dense' and wont go thru a screen filter they have...

So now they are going to shake the lander... to sift the dust...


Yea...

I am the only one who finds this funny? Can you just picture Phoenix there on the surface, and it just starts to shake...

Could you imagine if some advanced lifeform saw our little lifter with a mechanic arm shaking around...
... oh that would be funnny...

But in all seriousness, i hope this situaiton gets better...
