I am disgusted when I read such things in the newspaper. Our paper, The Daily Mail showed the photos from CCTV. It is despicable and it is when I read, or see things like this, or any atrocity that makes us look like animals, I no longer want to be a part of the human race.

It makes me ashamed to be human, to know that your life is expendable and people will ignore you rather than trying to help and ringing for the ambulance. The poor man had his legs and no doubt his pelvis broken, and if he wasn't dead at the scene, I don't think he survived long. However, that is not the point; the point is everybody, or nearly everybody has a mobile/cell phone. What stopped somebody from going up to the man, ringing for an ambulance and giving information to the condition and nature of his injuries rather than look the other way
