Nano technology

well one night i was looking thru documentaries as i have done for the last 3 days and i came across this www.youtube.com... it talks about Nano Tech which i find interesting on the youtube link it talks about nano tech but also that it could tern on us and nano tech would be a non bio cancer
so the question is
1) how do we make Nano tech
2) should we or shouldn't we
3) would Nano Tech tern on us
4) do we use it for Human help for diseases Etc Etc

Well based on my own theories, nanomachines would be like a synthetic protein with specific recivers to attatch itself to different parts of human cells to do certain things. or maybe an artificial enzyme targets to attatch to something such as cancer cells that would literally eat cancer away. I do not know if this is even possible or not, but its an idea

it would be interesting the stuff we could do with Nano Machines wouldn't it
like installing a little computer into your arm heh dont know if Nano Machines could do it but cool if they could (once they exist)
