Hi All

I am currently in the British army and recently been doing some CRBN training (chemical, Rad, bio, nuclear). The instructor we had been trained in Porton Down and had spent some time there. He informed us that the Buncefield Blast was due to a terrorist attack and that investigators had found a crude C4 type device and a body that they was never able to identify (it was not any of the workers at the refinery). We was also told that the Special forces were sent to all the other major fuel terminals in the uk to check them out and apparently they did find these C4 type device’s in most of them. (apparently they have got them on display at porton down). Apparently if it was not for the fact that we had a low pressure weather system over the uk at the time, hundreds of thousands would of died in central London (due to the chemicals in the air). But luck being on our side it turns out all the chemicals was funnelled high into the atmosphere. However the press are aware of this but have had had a notice to keep it quite.

Does anyone have any info on this and anything which might back this story up?
