A stone monument in Georgia, purportedly commissioned by the Rosicrucions, espouses limiting the world population to 500,000,000 necessitating the elimination of 9/10s of the world's population. It also espouses the formation of a world court, among other things.

These stones, erected in 1979 are shrouded in mystery. Who commissioned them? Why? Is this a monument to the New World Order? Why don't more people know about them?
