0. If you've learned much in history: state a summary on how each nation of your choosing became sovereign if they did so in different ways.

1. What would it take to form a sovereign nation in today's world of already existing sovereign nations that are taking up all inhabital land masses?

2. What would it take to convert an existing sovereign nation into a new sovereign nation?

3. What would it take to convert an existing sovereign nation into another already existing sovereign nation?

I'd like to see the day when certain states of the U.S. do pill off it freely only to convert into each becoming of other existing sovereign nations. And that's even though a particular sovereign nation may or may not be overseas.

That'll be the day governed regions can each get welcoming contract deals to look at to think over about, whether or not, coming aboard to be apart of another sovereign nation. Hell, it should be a city to state sale as though they are properties that can benefit their citizens when sold. All the cities and states and governed regions (from all over the world because this idea is golden) have to do is advertize when shopping for a deal that is sure to be beneficial.

Why shouldnt a city or a state or a governed region stuck in hard time up and pill off from its nation for another?

Doesnt the U.S. promote a free market?

^^Imagine your city or state or governed region having become one of Canada, Russia, U.S., U.K., Italy, or etc. while it's still where it is on former ground of etc.

I call it a region sale. And it can apply to:

Cities-- so that cities can become as of other states or other nations.
States-- so that states can become as of other states or other nations.
Nations-- so that nations can become as other nations.
Kingdoms-- yada yada.

The region sold may be re-named depending on what's in the agreed deal. The money would prolly be converted over. You could prolly save some old money for when you go out of state if your turned state is surounded by, say, other state that are still of the U.S.

Add:

A region sale is about extending another's sovereignty for sure benefits to each end.

And as an example: Either the state itself can sale itself upon breaking off of its orginal nation...or the nation of that state can sale that state.

Benefits can be about certain protections, exchanges of certain things that wouldnt normally be exchanged, jobs, money, power, respect, rights, cheaper markets for cheaper living, liberties, freedoms, and/or etc. You name it. Maybe another nation's constitutional type word and laws would benefit your state better than its original nation's constitution ever could. It's all about the best interests of the ppl or type of community preferred to consider. And of course those not wanting to be apart of the change over should always be able to leave before or after the change is made.

The region sell should either be fixed or as a 'several years' lease ('this way regions can be as free agents' on the region sale market).

Well it's time for a new era of beneficial-pendence.

Problems are building worldwide. This is the only option to get free of pending doom that can engulf, say, a whole state or nation. If this idea happens, then pretty soon every land mass across the globe will be of a mix of nations in parts/regions.

In a nuclear war at least you wouldnt have to worry about all of the land being hit because there would be certain regions not of the enemy target. And ppl next to those regions can run to them to be spared from a nuke war.
