no military presence in mid east, what if ?

heres something that ive been thinking about

if all the forces in the middle east, iraq, afganistan, persian gulf etc etc where told to pack up, leave and go home. they all leave and the middle east has no US, EURO presence what so ever. you leave them all to it
what would you expec to happen ?

They would fight out the wars that they should have been able to fight in the first place. The borders in the middle-east were drawn on some map in London, not by the will of the indigenous peoples.
