Lee Billi, 33, of the Cleveland suburb of Lakewood, was
arrested Thursday and was being held in the city jail, a spokesman
for the Cuyahoga County prosecuter said. A 16-year-old Indiana
boy was arrested earlier in the week.

What's a 33 yr old man doing, corresponding something of
such a terrible nature with a 16 yr old boy?
This guy Lee Billi has got to be pretty stupid to send his plot
