Paying Cash? That'll cost extra

Rhonda Payne went to an AT&T Wireless store in Calhoun, Ga., recently to pay her phone bill in cash. She'd been hit by ID theft and was forced to close her checking account, so she was worried she wouldn’t be able to mail a check on time. I have had the same experience. I would prefer to pay cash for everything I do. I was told by the man at the counter at Radio Shack that it was an extra 4.30 to pay with cash there. Looks to me like paying in cash means big brother can't keep tabs on you.
